Drone Services Now Live In Our CT Office!

We are pleased to announce that our long-anticipated aerial drone inspection service is now live in our Connecticut office! The drone is a state of the art DJI Phantom 3 Advanced that is capable of shooting full HD video and capturing 12 megapixel photographs. The drone inspections are fully compliant with FAA Part 107 regulations and the Remote Pilot in command has an Airman Certificate with an sUAS rating. Many inspectors and videographers are forging this important and required step.

The use of a drone will allow us to bring a higher level of service to customers in a variety of ways. First and foremost, we will now be able to access areas that were previously inaccessible due to safety concerns for our inspectors, giving us a much greater scope when we visit a property. This passes along a great benefit to our customers, as our inspections will be more thorough and complete while keeping our inspectors as safe as possible.

In addition to giving us greater access to those unsafe and inaccessible areas, we will also be able to shoot Full-HD videos for our customers that can be used for real estate websites to help sell your house even faster! Pictures can only showcase a fraction of the beauty of a property when compared to a carefully shot and edited video. Imagine a plain old picture, then imagine a Full-HD video during a dewy fall morning, with the fog just lifting to show your beautiful Cape with the sun hitting the exterior in just the right way. If a picture is worth a thousand words, the videos from this drone will be worth a million! The possibilities will be endless when it comes to how to utilize the services the drone will provide.
