Pre-Purchase Inspections

Complete inspection of existing buildings, with a full narrative written report, covering:



Structure -- Including roofing, siding, exterior and interior doors and windows, chimneys, decks, porches, patios, driveways, retaining walls, flooring, walls and ceilings, foundation, joists, girders, insulation, ventilation, rafters and trusses; Utilities and Systems -- Including pools, hot tubs, water supply (both private and public), waste disposal (both private and public), including a septic dye test, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and appliances.

We also provide "In Progress Inspections", on planned construction; Full inspections on newly completed buildings, with an additional "punch list" for the builder.  Every inspection includes a Neighborhood Enviriomental Report.

When something goes wrong with a renovation project or you just bought your dream house and it has turned into a nightmare, Centurion is there to help.

​We will come to your home and asses the issue during an inspection.  If we feel there is an actionable situation, we can be retained to testify on your behalf in any suit against a contractor or home inspector.

Please note that we are not "hired guns".  We perform our inspection first and if, and only if, we feel there is merit to your claim, will we testify  on your behalf.

Pre-Listing Inspections

As a convenience to our clients, we can also arrange for the following additional services, provided by independent companies, licensed in their fields:

Testing of water, from a simple potability test to a complete VOC and pesticide analysis; testing for Radon in both air and water; inspection and Certification (HUD/VA forms) for Wood Destroying Insects.

When you are getting ready to sell your house, call us first.  We will give you a thorough inspection of the property and detail all the deficiencies that a good inspector will find.  



You can take that information and do one of several things with it:



• Disclose the deficiencies and set the price accordingly.

• Repair the deficiencies.
